Operations Coordinator

A former teacher who wanted a different challenge, Lauren joined Cannonball Moments in June 2022. She uses her organizational superpowers to keep an eye on our “class”, coordinating coaches’ schedules and juggling the details that keep everything moving smoothly. Lauren also directs our mystery shopping service, coordinating with clients and ensuring that the undercover operation provides usable insights. Lauren went from managing a classroom full of overly energized students to an office with a few focused, but still energized, leadership professionals. We’ve learned to use our inside voices while Lauren has learned to stop requiring we raise our hands for permission to speak.
